Pender County rules
- The transfer station charges $78 a ton ($162 for waste from outside Pender County), and $250 more for loads with brick, rock, concrete, soil, yard debris, or more than 10% cardboard. Contractors with large demolition loads can arrange disposal with the Sampson County Landfill (910-525-4132).
